Kalenderwoche 17: Am Ostermontag mussten wir leider aus dem noch offenen Dachstuhl ein Nest entfernen – zum Glück hatte der Osterhase noch keine Eier ins Nest gelegt. 😉 Wir hingegen haben Schokoladeneier und -hasen für die Bauarbeiter ausgelegt, um uns für die bisher hervorragende Arbeit zu bedanken.
Am Mittwoch konnten wir bei einem Treffen mit unserem Bauleiter sehen, dass durch die Firma Kühn schon am Dienstag die Dachziegel auf dem Dachstuhl bereit gestellt worden sind.
Am Donnerstag hat die Firma Elektro Besser mit den Elektroarbeiten begonnen. Trotz des schon bestehenden Elektroplans erfolgen diese Arbeiten in enger Absprache mit uns, damit die Daten- und Elektrokabel tatsächlich richtig positioniert werden. Das gleiche gilt für die Gestaltung des Technikraums, in dem sich z.B. der Hausanschlusskasten an das öffentliche Stromnetz, aber auch unser Netzwerkschrank befinden. Insgesamt sind wir jetzt schon von der Zusammenarbeit mit Firma Elektro Besser begeistert.
Am Freitag hat die Firma Quelle Holzbau die Giebel und Traufgesimse fertiggestellt. Auch diese Arbeiten sind absolut fachmännisch ausgeführt worden, was auch auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Als kleiner Exkurs sei erwähnt, dass die Firma Quelle Holzbau in Kappeln an der Schlei (#Heimatkunde) das Brückenwärterhaus mitgebaut hat – siehe Foto.
Der kröhnende Abschluss der Woche ist für uns die Fertigstellung des Daches (inklusive Einbaus des Dachfensters) durch die Firma Kühn. Laut Berichten unserer neuen Nachbarn, wurde das Dach am Freitag Vormittag in Lichtgeschwindigkeit gedeckt. Natürlich sind noch einige Arbeiten am Dach zu erledigen (Photovoltaikanlage, Satellitenschüssel), aber wir sind sehr froh, dass das Dach dicht ist und der für das Wochenende erwartete Regen somit kommen kann.
Calendar week 17: Unfortunately, we had to remove a nest from the still open roof on Easter Monday – luckily the Easter bunny had not laid any eggs into the nest. 😉 We, on the other hand, put chocolate eggs and rabbits into the house for the construction workers to thank them for their outstanding work so far.
On Wednesday – during a meeting with our site manager – we were able to see that the company Kühn had already provided the roof tiles on the roof on Tuesday.
On Thursday, the company Elektro Besser started the electrical work. Despite an already existing electrical plan, this work is done in close consultation with us, so that the data and electrical cables are positioned correctly. The same applies to the design of the technical room, where for example the house connection box to the public electricity network but also our network cabinet are located. Overall, we are really excited about the smooth cooperation with Elektro Besser.
On Friday, the company Quelle Holzbau completed the gable and eaves. These works have been carried out absolutely expertly, which can also be seen in the photos. As a small digression it should be mentioned that the company Quelle Holzbau has built the bridge keeper house in Kappeln at the Schlei (#localhistory) – see photo.
For us the culmination of the week is the completion of the roof (including installation of the roof window) by the company Kühn on Friday. According to reports from our new neighbors, the roof was covered at the speed of light on Friday morning. Of course, there is still some work to do on the roof (photovoltaic system, satellite dish), but we are very happy that the roof is watertight now and therefore the expected rain for the weekend can come.
