Kalenderwoche 10: In dieser Woche wurde am Mittwoch von der Firma Brand – die bereits in KW07 den Bauplatz befestigt hat – vorbildlich der Boden um die Pfähle wieder ausgetauscht, damit eine bodengasdurchlässige Schicht vorhanden ist (weniger als 1% Lehm), auf der dann die Bodenplatte ruhen wird.
Am Donnerstag hat die Firma König die Pfähle im oberen Bereich gekappt, damit eine Verbindung zur Bodenplatte erstellt werden kann. Auch diese Arbeiten liefen wie geplant.
Am Freitag wurde zwar schon ein Kabel für den Baustrom gelegt – leider in einem Bereich ohne Leitungsrecht. Daraufhin haben wir bereits am Freitag den Rückbau veranlasst und hoffen auf eine schnellstmögliche Korrektur. Da uns korrekte Bauzeichnungen vorliegen, liegt der Fehler zumindest nicht bei uns.
Ach ja, der Sturm in der Mitte der Woche hat die Bautoilette auf die Seite gelegt 😉
Calendar week 10: On Wednesday the company Brand – which has already secured the site in calendar week 7 – exchanged the ground around the piles again, so that a soil gas permeable layer is present (less than 1% clay), on which the base plate will rest.
On Thursday, the company König has cut the piles in the upper area, so that a connection to the bottom plate can be created. These works also went as planned.
On Friday, a cable was already laid for the power consumed on site – unfortunately in an area without registered (piping) rights. As a result, we arranged for deconstruction again on Friday and hope for a correction as soon as possible. Since we have correct architectural drawings, the error is at least not ours.
Last but not least, a storm in the middle of the week overturned the portable toilet 😉
